This allows our service technicians to us the modem link to look directly into the “brain” of your machine and specifically identify and correct any faults, whether they are component or set up failures. A-B-C operates two computer systems dedicated to modem diagnostics, and uses this technology frequently to save our customers the time and expense of an in-plant service call.
