Semi-auto case packer for large cases
This labor-saving packer is the big brother to the Model 19 packer, designed to run large cases. It offers the same advantages and will reduce your hand packing crew with just one operator, reducing liability and increasing production. This packer has a compact footprint that makes it easy to fit on the production line. It’s built with a heavy steel frame, stainless packing chamber, and reinforced packing mandrel to provide reliable production on the packaging line.

Product feed, accumulation and case packing are automatic, monitored by sensors to match the packing sequence to your line speed. The operator simply opens knock-down cases and positions them on the packing funnel. After case packing, the full case is automatically lowered to a takeaway conveyor for case sealing. 
Automatic accumulation and packing can immediately increase production speeds to 15 cases per minute, depending on the dexterity of the operator. The case packer may interface directly to an A-B-C top and bottom case sealer with no additional conveyor requirement. 
Infeed conveyors and accumulation devices are designed for smooth and gentle product handling offering precision and accuracy that is unmatched by hand packing. Stainless steel is utilized in all areas where products contact the machine, to promote a clean product environment and ensure smooth transfer of products with coated graphics or overwrap.
