Case sealer offers 20% reduced energy consumption
With a new energy-efficient adhesive system and high efficiency drive motor, A-B-C’s Model 436G case sealer requires significantly less energy to operate, providing a green alternative to conventional case sealers. “A-B-C is committed to helping packagers reduce their carbon footprint and we have worked with our suppliers to equip this sealer with the most energy efficient components on the market,” said Bryan Sinicrope, A-B-C VP Sales and Marketing. Combined, the adhesive system and drive motor offer an energy efficiency gain of 20% when compared to conventional systems. An added advantage for packagers is that their energy savings translate directly into reduced production costs. Savings will vary depending on individual usage.
Offering nonstop case sealing at speeds from 10-75 cases per minute, the Model 436G utilizes a pacer belt infeed that automatically spaces cases for precision sealing, Features to ensure square cases include a rotary tucker, contoured flap folders, and flap alignment bar. Flexible rollers compress the case flaps securely after adhesive application, yet accommodate case height variations, for secure sealing of every case.
