Pallet layer stabilizing device makes a clean sweep of bottle discharge for beverage bottlers
An innovative layer retention device for A-B-C’s Model 108 bulk depalletizer eliminates the problems caused when unloading bottles that have shifted on the pallet stack during transport. This feature allows the Model 108 to stabilize and discharge a wide variety of containers at any pallet height, from floor to ceiling level, with no delays in production.
A-B-C’s unique layer retention device holds the second layer and tier sheet in place while the top layer of containers is squared and swept into precise position on the elevator table. A-B-C is the only manufacturer offering this innovative pallet layer stabilizing feature as standard equipment on a sweep off depalletizer. In addition, A-B-C offers a lean detector to identify pallet stacks that arrive so severely shifted they cannot be properly depalletized.
