Here's a simple and economical way to eliminate hand case packing costs and increase production. One labor saver case packer can replace an entire hand packing crew, providing a quick payback in labor savings alone. Designed for simplicity and ease of operation, this case packer is easy to install, requires little maintenance, and runs a wide range of product sizes and case styles. Its compact footprint and modular design allows installation where floor space is limited, making this case packer ideal for packagers searching for economy, flexibility and reliability.
The Model 29 case packer is designed for large cases. For smaller cases, choose the Model 19 case packer.
Oversized cartons or multipacked product loads are efficiently handled by the Model 29 case packer. The accumulators, stacking mechanisms, and case handling devices are designed for larger product loads ensuring top efficiency and operator ease in packing.
Product feed, accumulation and case packing are automatic, monitored by sensors to match the packing sequence to your line speed. The operator simply opens knock-down cases and positions them on the packing funnel. After case packing, the full case is automatically lowered to a takeaway conveyor for case sealing.
Automatic accumulation and packing can immediately increase production speeds to 15 cases per minute, depending on the dexterity of the operator. The case packer may interface directly to an A-B-C top and bottom case sealer with no additional conveyor requirement.
Infeed conveyors and accumulation devices are designed for smooth and gentle product handling offering precision and accuracy that is unmatched by hand packing. Stainless steel is utilized in all areas where products contact the machine, to promote a clean product environment and ensure smooth transfer of products with coated graphics or overwrap.
Drawing on over 50 years of experience in designing case packing systems, A-B-C engineers create innovative solutions for modern case packing requirements. Standard case packer models run rigid or semi-rigid containers, cartons and multipacks, and are adjustable to pack multiple container styles into a variety of case sizes.
A variety of product repositioning devices are available to provide the most efficient accumulation and loading for each product.
