We're showing five operating machines with features and technology to help you get more from your packaging line.

Model 330 HS Case Erector

The 330HS is a mid-speed (30-40 cpm) erector that incorporates solid production features of A-B-C's high-speed models with low-level, easy-load case magazine, walking beam mechanical case drive and servo sealing ram to ensure top speed, durability and reliability.

This erector will be sealing with H.B. Fuller's Liquamelt cool adhesive technology.

 Model 206 Case Packer

All the most asked-for features in an automatic case packer!  Servo-driven mechanics provide accurate and consistent product accumulation and packing at higher speeds than traditional mechanical packing and ensure quick changeover with programmed operation.  Maximum flexibility is built in with powered adjustment parameters that are easily recalled through the touch screen operator panel. Gentle product handing is guaranteed, with A-B-C’s proven package accumulation and packing mechanisms that provide smooth, harmonious handling of all package types, including shrink-wrapped cartons. The low level, easy load case magazine ensures top performance with minimal operator attention.

 Model 70 Partition Opener / Inserter

A new operator station and logic control ensure precise operation, plant integration and a simple touchscreen operator panel that provides full reporting, diagnostics, and control. The partitioner automatically opens and inserts chipboard partitions into cases or trays at speeds to 35 cases per minute.

A dual-head model is also available, providing speeds to 60 cases per minute.

Model 436 Case Sealer

For non-stop case sealing and high speed performance, A-B-C's M436 case sealer is the answer.

This sealer will be featuring Nordson’s glue stitching technology designed to reduce hot melt costs. This technology replaces the traditional hot melt “bead” with intermittent “stitches” which provide a secure seal while utilizing 30% less hot melt adhesive.

Model 72AGSS Stainless Steel Palletizer

Designed for plant environments with caustic and corrosive conditions, this new palletizer has all-stainless construction and rugged componentry to ensure top performance and long machine life in plants running caustic food products, chemicals, fertilizers, or feeds, which can create a harsh plant environment.

This palletizer runs cases, bags, trays, totes, or multipacks at high speeds and in multiple pallet patterns, all pre-programmed for quick changeover.
