| This case sealer is the solution for high speed top sealing. It's an all-mechanical sealer that automatically times cases, folds all four flaps, applies adhesive and compression to securely seal RSC cases at speeds to 100 cpm. With a continuous motion design, and PLC-controlled operation monitored by non-contact sensors, cases speed through this sealer with clockwork precision for reliable, shift-to-shift operation. The touchscreen operator panel puts you in control, with simplified operation, changeover and comprehensive self-diagnostics. |

Features and Benefits |
|
 |
Nonstop case feed |
Nonstop case feed keeps your line moving at maximum speed- cases may feed to the sealer back to back or spaced, and the metering belt automatically spaces each case for synchronized flap folding and smooth case sealing. |

 |
Precision inner flap folding and adhesive application |
As each case is transferred, the servo-driven flap tucker closes the leading minor flap while in a stationary position. The tucker then rotates and neatly kicks the trailing flap closed. Adhesive is applied to the outer flaps, to prevent glue spray on the case contents. |

 |
Smooth outer flap folding |
The flap folders on this sealer are crafted from cast aluminum, designed with a gradual contour. They gently fold the flaps at the score line, then close them smoothly with no flap overlap as the case travels to the compression section. Even cases with poor scores are folded squarely. A-B-C's contoured flap folders are superior to steel rod folders which can mar case flaps and form unsquare cases. |

 |
Compression designed to form square cases |
As cases are transferred through the compression section, a powered top belt backed by steel rollers compresses the flaps, ensuring a secure seal. The rollers are spring-loaded to accommodate variations in case heights that can occur if cases are slightly out of spec. |

Built for production |
This case sealer is a workhorse machine, with a heavy gauge stainless steel frame that is welded and bolted for strength. The upper operating mechanisms are secured to the frame by a solid rack and gear system. Drive shafts are solid 1-1/4" steel. The gull-wing doors are electrically interlocked to stop the sealer when opened. To open, simply lift the guards upward to reveal complete machine access. |
