Contoured flap folders for secure flap folding

Contoured flap folders, crafted from cast aluminum, close the outer case flaps smoothly as the case is conveyed through the sealer. This unique flap folder design is production proven to fold flaps gently at the scoreline. A steel tongue rides between the flaps as they are folded, preventing flap overlap, even when running cases with poor scores.

Powered compression ensures square cases

Motorized top and bottom belts transfer the case into the compression section, eliminating the chance of "dogeared flaps." The case sealer's upper compression belt is supported by spring-loaded rollers that accommodate variations in case height to ensure proper sealing of all cases.

Clean, functional design with easy access

This case sealer's sleek stainless steel frame won't rust and never needs painting. The clear, gull-wing doors are a standard feature, providing high visibility when closed, yet allowing complete machine access when opened.   They are electrically interlocked to stop the sealer when opened.

Built for production

This case sealer's stainless steel frame is welded and bolted for strength, and the upper operating mechanisms are secured to the frame by a solid rack and gear system. Drive shafts are solid 1-1/4" steel. With a total machine weight of over 2,200 pounds, the Model 336 is built to handle the toughest production situations.
