| When you need a high performance case erector / tape sealer, choose the machine built for the job. Packed inside the heavy steel frame of this case erector is a powerful, continuous motion drive that speeds through case forming and sealing at 10-35 cpm. PLC electronics provide precise operation, linked to a clear and concise touchscreen operator control panel. Add the simplicity of no-tools changeover and an easy-load, low level case magazine, and you'll see why the Model 330T is the solution for your case erecting requirements. |

Features and Benefits
Color touch screen gives you total control
The color display shows real-time operating
data and allows independent operation of all functions,
diagnostics, and changeover settings. Its simple,
step-by-step sequences simplify set up and operation.
Non-contact sensors monitor machine operation
and ensure precise timing of each operating sequence.

Large capacity, easy load case magazine
The self-indexing auxiliary case magazine assures
a continuous case supply to the erector. As each
stack is used, another moves into position maximizing
time between refills. The low level design makes
it easy to refill without lifting cases.
Case feed designed for smooth operation
This case erector has self-adjusting, spring
loaded grippers assure proper case feed from uneven
stacks of warped or band-marked cases. Their unique
"floating" design allows them to operate independently
to grip each case firmly and provide a consistent
and reliable case feed.

Reliable case erecting mechanism
Production-proven since 1990, A-B-C's cam-operated
vacuum pullback case opener design is superior
in running less-than-perfect corrugated. This
method utilizes dual vacuum grippers- lower grippers
provide solid compression to hold the case firmly
while the upper grippers pull the case open.

Positive flap folding and case transfer
The major case flaps are gripped firmly as the
heavy-duty rear flap tucker folds the inner flap,
ensuring efficient flap folding and sealing. The
continuous motion main drive powers the walking
beam case transfer that squares cases as they
travel. The main drive has a sealed bearing linkage
that ensures high speed performance for the long
haul.
Cases sealed squarely and securely
After flap folding, cases enter the tape sealing
section, and are transported by dual upper and
lower belt drive as the tape is applied. The upper
and lower belts are synchronized to ensure that
the cases remain square during tape sealing.
Quick changeover
Adjustment for the entire range of case sizes
may be completed without change parts, by using
rapid adjust cranks and slides with locking handles.
