Now, there's an alternative to using costly double-walled
corrugated to ensure stacking strength for pallet loads of heavy
cases, with a case packer that automatically inserts a center partition
into the case load as the product is packed. This partition inserter
places a center partition within each product load as it is accumulated,
to increase the case stacking strength without increasing the base
weight of the corrugated case. Either a single-wall or double-wall
corrugated partition may be inserted, depending on the case weight
and warehousing requirements.
